Q.体験の申込をしたいのですが、どうしたらよいですか？
A.お申し込みフォームから、希望日時をお知らせください。メールにて空き状況などをお知らせいたします。
Q.I would like to apply for the experience. How should I proceed?
A.First, please let us know your preferred date and time via the application form. We will notify you via email regarding availability and other details.
Q.団体で申し込みたいのですが、何人で申し込みが可能ですか？
A.最大で5名様となります。5名様を超える場合には、ご相談ください。
Q.We would like to make a group reservation. How many people can be included in the reservation?
A.The maximum is 5 people. For groups exceeding 5 people, please consult us beforehand.
当日の準備 [Preparation / Attire]
Q.当日の服装はどういったものがよいですか？
A.動きやすい軽装でお越し下さい。また、染料で汚れる場合がございます。エプロン・手袋はご用意します。
Q.What kind of attire is appropriate for the day?
A.Please wear comfortable, lightweight clothing. Please note that your clothes may get stained by the dyes. Aprons and gloves will be provided.
受け取り・配送 [Shipping / Delivery]
Q.自分でつくったスカーフはいつ、どこで受け取れますか？
A.体験いただいた際に、送付先の住所等を伺います。ご指定の場所に送付させていただきます。郵送料は、ご自身でご負担いただきます。
体験日からご指定の場所に届くまで、2～3週間かかります。送付先が海外の場合には、もう少し時間がかかる場合があります。
Q.When and where can I pick up the scarf I made?
A.When you complete the experience, we will ask for your shipping address. We will ship the items to your specified location. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.
It may take 2 to 3 weeks from your experience to the delivery to your specified location. If the shipping destination is overseas, it may take a little longer.
お手入れ [Care Instructions]
Q.自分でつくったスカーフは、手洗いはできますか？
A.できます。以下の手順で大切に洗ってください。
手洗い方法
- 30度以下の水＋中性のおしゃれ着用洗剤を溶かし、優しく押し洗い。
- すすぎも優しく2、3度。
- 柔軟剤を溶かした水に3分ほど浸す。
- タオルドライ（擦らない）。
- 風通しの良い室内でM字干し。時々形が整うように優しく縦横に少し引っ張る。
※注意：とにかく表面を擦るようにしないで下さい。押し洗い、タオルドライ、日陰干し、を徹底するようお願い致します。
Q.Can I hand wash the scarf I made myself?
A.Yes, you can. Please wash it carefully following the steps below.
Handwashing Method
- Prepare water at 30°C or below. Dissolve a neutral laundry detergent and gently press wash.
- Gently rinse two or three times.
- Soak in water with fabric softener for about 3 minutes.
- Pat dry with a towel. Do not rub.
- Dry indoors in a well-ventilated area in an M-shape; gently pull vertically/horizontally to maintain shape.
*Caution: Above all, do not rub the surface. Please adhere to: press wash, towel dry, and dry in the shade.
Q.スカーフはアイロンをかけてよいですか？
A.アイロンがけの時には、当て布をしてください。
Q.Can I iron the scarf?
A.When ironing, use a pressing cloth.

Q.何歳ぐらいから体験できますか？
A.10歳ぐらいから、と考えていますが、10歳未満の場合には事前にご相談ください。
Q.At what age can children participate?
A.We recommend around 10-year-old or elder, but please consult us beforehand for children under 10.
お支払い [Payment]
Q.体験料の支払いはどのようにすればよいですか？
A.お支払いは事前にカード決済でお願いいたします。当日までの流れは以下となります。
- お申し込みフォームから必要情報をいれ、ご送信ください。
- 返信をさせていただき、ご予約と事前決済のご案内をいたします。
- カードにてお振込み
- お振込み確認のメールを差し上げます。
- 当日、工房まで直接、お越しください。
Q.How should I pay the experience fee?
A.Payment must be made in advance via credit card. The process up to the day of your visit is as follows:
- Fill out the application form with the required information and submit it.
- We will reply with reservation confirmation and instructions for advance payment.
- Make payment via credit card.
- We will send you an email confirming receipt of your payment.
- Please come directly to the workshop on the day of your experience.
