体験の流れ [Experience Flow]
1.色合わせ [Tour of Color Matching]
見学していただきます！染料を色見本の色と合うように調合する事を色合わせとよんでいます。
染料は8色ほどご用意いたします。
染料を熱湯で溶かし、色を調合します。それを、引染をする生地と同じ小さな生地に染料液をつけ、
乾燥後、蒸気にあてます。
このことによって、思い通りの色になっているかを確認します。色合わせは、その時の温度、湿度や生地の面積によっても変わってくるため、 長年の経験が必要となります。You can observe the process of blending dyes to match the colors with the color samples.
We will have about eight colors of dyes available.
Dissolve the dyes in boiling water and mix the colors. Dip a small piece of fabric into the dye solution, dry it, and expose it to steam. This process is required to verify that the desired color is achieved. Color matching varies depending on the temperature, humidity, and fabric area at the time, requiring years of
experience.

2.帆布染め体験 [Canvas Dyeing Experience]
体験していただきます！実際のつくった染料を使って、帆布を染めていただきます。
好きな色を使って、自由に染めてください！
和と洋の垣根を越えた、一品一品手づくりの温もりある作品をつくって、お持ち帰りください。Using the dyes we’ve prepared, you’ll dye canvas. Feel free to dye it any color you like!
Create a one-of-a-kind handmade piece with warmth, crossing the boundaries between Japanese and Western styles, and take it home with you.

3.友禅/引染め体験 [Yuzen / Hiki-Zome Experience]
いよいよ本番です！！独特のグラデーションが表現できる友禅染めの技法｢引染（ひきぞめ）」。
日本の伝統技術を、ご自身でご体験ください。
ご体験いただくものは、35cm×150cmのシルクスカーフとなります。
1名ずつ、体験をしていただくこととなりますので、他の方の製作もご見学ください。It’s finally the highlight of the experiences!! Experience the Japanese traditional Yuzen dyeing technique known as
Hiki-Zome, which enables the expression of unique gradations.
You will dye a silk scarf measuring 35cm × 150cm. Each participant will experience the dyeing activity one-by-one, so please observe the production process of

4.仕上げ [Finishing]
その場では完成しません！！完成までに2週間程かかります。
皆様が染められた生地は色移り・色落ちなどがないよう、プロ仕様の仕上げ工程をさせていただきます。
染めの作業が終わったら必要に応じて生地全体に、湯気であぶり、染料の移動を止めます。
その後自然乾燥で乾かします。
乾燥している間も途中で生地が傾いたりしない様に、また染めの具合を見ながら緩やかに乾燥させるなどの注意が必要となります。
体験当日はお持ち帰りできませんので、ご自宅（海外も可！）やご宿泊施設など、ご指定の場所に後日、
発送させていただきます。It won’t be completed at that day!! It takes about two weeks to be completed.
We will apply the professional finishing process to the fabric works you dyed to prevent color transfer or fading.
After dyeing is completed, steam the entire fabric as needed to stop the dye from migrating. Then allow it to dry naturally. Care must be taken to prevent the fabric from tilting during drying and to dry it slowly while monitoring the dyeing progress.
At the day of your experience, items cannot be taken home. We will ship them to your specified location—such as your home (including overseas!) or lodging— later.
